Vival employs a team of nine, all friendly and outgoing while remaining professional and dedicated to ensuring customer service and reliability remains our main focus. Our team have a combined 100 yrs plus experience in the chemical industry and we're not too proud to say we're still learning. We are happy to answer queries or help out when possible and if we're not sure we are happy to find out for you using our extensive network of contacts within the industry.

Our "Sales" team is always happy to take orders, will keep in touch to ensure everything is going smoothly, and to listen if you have any concerns or problems. Although all accounts have a dedicated customer service representative, all our information is on a shared basis where any of our staff can help you with your query or answer your questions in their absence. We understand the importance of having products there when required, we understand urgent deliveries are required from time to time and your concerns are our concerns.

We will try our best to always accommodate for any “urgent” or “unusual” requests. The flexibility of having our own fleet of trucks and drivers allows us to accommodate those special requests as well as offering a guarantee of the next day delivery of stocked items and within the metropolitan area.

We can alter loads, rearrange drivers and have goods out to you in a short period of time as we are not relying on contractors with deadlines that can not be altered. If we are unable to accommodate any urgent deliveries we also offer a courier service for immediate despatch.
